To begin planning your stay, please review the following policies.
Check In / Check Out
Check-In Time is 4:00-7:00 pm. Fallen Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast does Self Check-Ins. 48 hours prior to your stay you’ll receive an email with our door code and directions to your room. You’ll be able to check in at your leisure after 4pm. We make every attempt to accommodate your travel schedule; however, sometimes early check-ins are simply not possible. If you have need of early check-in, please call 24 hours in advance for availability. An early check-in fee may be assessed for check-ins prior to 3pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.
Deposits
One night’s deposit via Mastercard/Visa/Discover is required to complete your reservation. Rates subject to change without notice
For special event weekends (car shows, graduations, alumni/parents’ weekend) if a cancellation is made fewer than 14 days prior to your stay, the full amount of your reservation will be charged unless the room can be re-booked, in which case $25.00 per night cancellation fee will be charged. For any other travel dates, cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid payment of full reservation amount. Early checkouts will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
No Shows will be charged full reservation amount.
2-night minimum stay on special event weekends (Car Shows, etc.)
Tax Details
9% room tax not included in room rates.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outside. Smoking inside the inn guarantees a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Pets
We may be able to accommodate your traveling pet. Please inquire.
